Starting from the beginning, to decorate mainly the lobe, we find a beautiful cabochon cut sapphire, inserted in a yellow gold bezel, which is directly connected to a pair of brilliant cut diamonds; the rest of the earrings are embellished with a twisted and slightly curved yellow gold frame. The
